We accept returns on Lenzzberry products only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened contact lenses, prescription lenses, or customized eyewear cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and a valid proof of purchase is required. Refunds are processed using the original payment method after inspection.
